  • Making A Purchase

    Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few delivery details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We use 'PayPal' for all purchases, so we don't keep or see any of your credit card details. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

    For bank transfers, please contact us by email with your purchase and delivery details and to receive our Bank account details.

  • Postage & Delivery

    As your garment is hand crafted and created especially for you, it generally takes up to 2 - 3 weeks, from order confirmation, to complete and deliver your order. We will e-mail you immediately on the reciept of your payment with a delivery schedule for your purchase.
    International orders are generally delivered within 3 - 4 weeks. Again we will be in direct contact with you via e-mail.

    Packaging/insurance/courier/shipping and/or airfreight fees are calculated at between NZ$13 to NZ$18 per order within New Zealand and NZ$25 per order for international airfreight.This figure is indicated as you complete your order form.

  • Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    We will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase if you return it with the original receipt, within 14 days from the date of shipment.
    Unused or defective merchandise may be returned to Christine Rabarts, P.O. Box 98, Coromandel 3453, New Zealand:
    Please contact us by email or call on +64 7 8667730 before returning any item. If items are returned without prior agreement you may not be refunded upon receipt of the return. Exchanged goods may incur a further postal charge.
    Refunds or exchanges will not be given if the product has been washed, stained, or smells of smoke or any other odors. All the instructions and information about returning your purchase will be sent together with your order. Return shipping costs on any non damaged or non flawed items will be the responsibility of the customer.
